Control for Smart Home
WAREMA Renkhoff SE is a leading manufacturer of external venetian blinds, venetian blinds and awnings. With the "WMS WebControl" software, external venetian blinds, awnings and light sources can be controlled via a web interface or iOS app. In this project we conceived and designed this platform-independent mobile application for home automation control.
The result is an ergonomically valuable user experience concept and design that reflects the intuitive operation of individual SmartHome components. With just a few "clicks" you can, for example, raise and lower external venetian blinds, align their slats and control lights.

Usability concept and user experience
The main idea behind the operating concept was to display all relevant functions as simply and clearly as possible on a single screen. This ensures fast and efficient use of WMS WebControl. The simple and functional design of the surface underlines this idea.
Project work
First we developed and designed the usability and user experience concept of WMS WebControl for Apple iOS. Our developers then derived an HTML solution for browser-based use.
